Hey /ck/, I've got some ground beef defrosting and I want to do something different with it. I usually make soup or spanish rice with it, so I would like some variety.

What are your favourite ground beef recipes?

Im hungry as fuck and i need to know what i can cook with:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
eggs
cheese
bread
various spices
flour
It doesnt have to include all of that but i need ideas.

What do you like to do that's simple with ground beef?

I've been inclined to give up beef because of how water-intensive and wasteful it is to produce. Not a vegan or anything but I didn't want consume a high-cholesterol, antibiotic and hormone ridden protein that's also causing the destruction of the rainforest.

That said, is pork also as bad for the world? I'm pretty much only eating chicken these days, I'm not sick of it but I'm getting cose
