As a /qresearch/er I don't condone violence ever unless it's completely necessary to defend my life. Fighting him would have landed ME in jail. He had just called a fucking bomb threat into city hall and had the place evacuated the previous month over his disability. He'd been trying to go after our landlord, his previous landlord, and a bunch of other people in town over petty bullshit. Victim complex 101. I'd been dealing with cops over him for weeks prior to the situation unfolding. I stand by my decision to get him out of my life as quickly and painlessly as possible. Even the cops told me their system is totally broken and there was nothing they could really do for me aside from laying down the charge and keeping him away from me. He got his money, a new apartment through the mental health association, and the time and attention he wasn't getting before by causing such a ruckus. If anything he should thank me for the opportunity. This place was like a prison to him, he hated it and was paranoid about the other tenants. I moved in thinking I could help him. All I did was enable him. Just cut my losses and moved on. If I can, I'll probably drop the charge but I don't think it's up to me, at least not before it goes to court.
