I read a whole article about what a sham Blue Label is, Johnny Walker buys overaged mash that's alcohol content has diminished and blends it with newer stuff to get the ABV up to 40 and then sells it at such a high price to recoup their loss on storing those incredibly old barrels, which is why there's no 'Aged for X Years' date on the label. The blends are all inconsistent year to year, you're better off buying a bottle of Green Label, though I will say the Blue Label bottle has stellar design and presentation if you can afford to blow that much money on aesthetics.
