How do you make sure the bottom rice don't weld to the bottom of the pot when cooking rice?
Took me 20 years to figure out that if you want good rice toy don't stir that shit, but when I don't stir the bottom rice stick and have to be cleaned off afterwards.

Is it because I use too much heat during the 10 minutes of simmer?
