This argument doesn't really hold much weight since children can be groomed with normal porn and all such of normally benign things like money, toys, friendship or even the stereotypical candy. Removing loli from the internet to try to make it safe is like going to shark-infested waters and taking one tooth out of every shark's mouth to make it safe.

If people want to prevent children from becoming victims it's more important to educate them on how to recognize when someone is trying to groom them, to know that no one has a right to touch them in "a bad way," and to tell a trusted figure about it if it does happen/someone tries.
