Well thank you anon. Me and the gf made ramen last yesterday and the tonkotsu was so fucking perfect. Even had 2 types of tare and an aroma oil in it, but we didn't get any meat to top it with because we wanted to make sure we could at least get the soup and noodles right. I'll try your recipe maybe for the leftover broth we have!

Tonkotsu ramen with a shoyu/dashi tare mixture and a garlic aroma oil. Fresh noodles from a local Korean market were an amazing addition.

Topped with a soy marinated soft-boiled egg (which fell under the broth for the picture, sadly), sliced scallion, matchstick carrots, and sliced shiitake.

My magnum opus. It turned out so beautifully and tasted amazing. We have so much more as well, will be eating good for days!
