As >>4815008 stated, mapo tofu is good.
There's a variety of soups you can make with it, but miso soup is simple.
You can definitely fry it and make agedashi tofu or just eat it pan fried with some oyster sauce.
There's also a video on youtube that shows you how to make tofu cheesecake if you're feeling adventurous enough.
