Gonna make me one of these tonight. This is a simple meal I make at least once a week.

>Boil a lot of rice and put it in a bowl
>Cut up some sausages and cook them in a pan
>Cut up some cheese (I use cheddar, but other cheeses would probably work) into little cubes
>Stir in both the cheese and sausage
>Add a lot of red pepper flakes
>Sprinkle a little more cheese on top
