Jinggu Sun-Dried Silver Needles White, i have that as well. don't filter it, you want to drink the little white tea bud fluff
80-85c, 15seconds then +15 seconds every infusion, you can also try 45seconds +45. white bud teas tend to get bitter above 85c

normal gaiwans are pretty easy themselves but the 'easy' ones are damn cute.
mine has a snowy riverbank design, kind of ruined by the coloured house and fisherman imo
