Fried the Mackerel in the oil it was packed in. Used black beans that I made in the instapot as a base on the tostada, avocado, the Mackerel, then some salsa and cheese my wife's mother made. Tostada's are Guerrero Tajin flavored. Think they are new.

All in all was delicious. My first time having that mackerel and it was REALLY good! My dog was going insane as soon as I opened the can so I had to give her a little piece as well.
