I feel gross after a few days of eating out - Only happens when I am traveling.
Restaurant food is often heavily salted. Carb loaded. And you never really know how clean the staff is.
Knowing how to rock and roll with diarrhea is what makes you a seasoned traveler.

Most restaurant staff are low IQ, chaos type people. Laws protect the dumb too. Example: My mom worked at Olive Gardens in St Peters, MO. There was an old guy named Bernie who was not washing his hands after the bathroom. All the staff was telling the manager but manager said he had to catch Bernie himself not cleaning. Months went by of this. He eventually got fired for harassing ladies... NOT because of dirty shit hands.

Remember these guys make bottom dollar. They are not perfectionists. They just want a paycheck to get drunk, drugged up, and have sex to escape their shit life.
