I've been trying to get into wines lately and came across meads the other day. I never really knew what it was, so I got a bottle of Chaucers to try it out. There was a little left to be desired, but there was potential because I really liked the honey flavor. I would be interested to see how much the quality improves, because this bottle is like $14. Anyone else dabble in mead or have any recommendations?
