where can I learn to start making teas? ai have a dehydrator ai bought mainly for shrooms and stuff, but recently I dried and jarred a bunch of rosehip I picked and crushed, and it makes for amazing tea, much stronger than storebought variants.
I want to make sone dried lemongrass/ginger/mint blend, but can't into ratios and stuff. Would drying lemon or lime zest along with it hurt? Any help?
