Hit up Jalapeño King in the south slope of Brooklyn. Hole in the wall run by nice folks. They offer just as many cemitas as tortas and they're seriously on point!

I've got my 1 skillet breakfast down to a tee. In order: mushrooms in a hot dry pan (seriously try this as it realeases all of the moisture in the shrooms and they become super flavored as opposed to soaking up everything else), remove mushrooms to plate and add oil, onion & garlic, after they're softened add other veggies (usually bell pepper, jalapeño, tomato, or broccoli), finally spinach, and when the spinach is wilted I whip a couple eggs in a cup and dump them on everything else. Finally sprinkle some parm and maybe harissa with the original mushrooms before dumping it all in a plate. Uma
