Taking another shot at this 2019 "still love you" ripe puer. I bought this as a sample last year and it was incredibility disappointing, i had a fantastic grahm cracker / gingerbread flavor that was drowned out by some real skanky pile fermentation flavor. Now that it's had some time to air out hopefully it goes better. I'm going to break up these chunks pretty aggressively and give the tea a good 15-20 second rinse before dumping it in my mug.
