Did a challenge where I had to eat six wings covered in carolina reaper, ghost pepper and moruga scorpion sauce and not throw up, which about only one in five people who try it actually manage. It was hell, I went insane for half an hour and couldn't shit the next day despite my guts feeling like snakes made of lava.

Starting my first night as a baker in a few hours. Resisting the urge to get shitfaced beforehand. Have had a glass and a half of sake and 3 shots. I'm used to going all out but I don't want to screw this up.

Man I bought some bagels from a bakery that had flax seeds inside them. I have adult braces and they'd get stuck all throughout them, it was an absolute fucking nightmare. Never again until these fuckers are out of my mouth.

Uh...Honestly, it's really all over the place. I consume healthy foods a lot and I try to eat well, but I definitely can't deny shitty frozen/processed/fast foods/a lot of alcohol make their way into my diet.

I think I'm "mostly" okay, but I'm no doubt not optimal with how I could be living, especial with the alcohol. It's confusing because my doctors tests have tested positive, even after like 8 or so years. wha

Had two teeth extracted this morning and I'm obviously not able to chew. What are some good, soft things to make/cook? I'm going insane.
