So a few questions
>What is happening during the aging process?
>Is there a half-life of sorts to the aging process? Meaning after perhaps 15 (just an example) years there's virtually no upside to aging anymore

So
>m-muh butthurt
You basically can't explain the difference using the English language?
Mask your ignorance with your butthurt all you want. I'm genuinely interested in the answer too OP.
Is it more pungent?
Is it less sugary, or more?
Does it gain or lose a smoothness with aging?
ETC ETC, explain to me in detail.

Fuck it, I'll tell you cu/ck/s my dark secret.
Pic related is a REGULAR luther burger, which is a terrible health atrocity.
What I do i take one glazed doughnut, cut it in half. Then I fry one pork chop. I also fry one pineapple ring. I melt high boiling point chocolate( you can look up different kinds, this is important, because if it's regular chocolate, it won't cool and solidify later on). Then I poor it over my pork chop and pineapple ring. I slab one serving of peanut butter onto the now solidified chocolate covered pineapple pork slab and sandwich them between the halved glazed doughnut,
You can taste the regret with each bite.
Done.

In my opinion, yes.
In unrelated questions.
Are you able to make cheese from things like heavy cream, or even condensed milk?

Also, no longer called Emmenthal in Switzerland. May have been original, but not anymore.
Only the Swiss can change their own word.
