I love cheeseless pizza.
especially with those tasty tiny sausage pieces and extra veggies and sauce.
put some garlic on it too.
Chains are fucking awful at it though, go to a local place.
They feel bad about the huge gaps without cheese and will fill it with handfuls of extra sauce and cheese.
Corporate pizza don't give a shit and will ladle 2 spoons of sauce and 12 sausage nuggets and 12 strips of pepper with acres of toppingless nakey pizza for miles

I was cooking a fresh, center piece of salmon fillet.

Cast iron skillet, moderate seasoning.
I added it to the pan and successfully turn it over to cook dat crispy skin..
New BF walks up and adds a half cup of water to the screaming hot pan full of oily fish

I've never tried mignonette, but I've had them raw with lemon.
So good.
Fried is solid as fuark too.
Never had them roasted, looking forward to that or more raw ones soon.
The lemon seems to firm the oyster a bit before eating.
