Meanwhile I chopped up and fried the debreceners. Then added them to the then ready stew. Of course you shouldnt just dump em in, the excess grease would ruin the stew.

Then we add the peppers and tomatoes and let it simmer. Stirring this bad boy occasionally wont hurt either.

So I've set the dough aside to rise, and now we're making lecsó, that is a pepper stew. Tasty shit and fairly simple. Here are the prepared ingredients.
