Because what you're describing is a drug, not a food, and that drug already exists. Have you never heard of diet pills? You could make a food that contains a bunch of stimulants in it but that would be stupid because stimulants are powerful and dangerous drugs, hence why you buy diet pills in pill form instead so the fatties taking them know exactly how much to take to lose weight without dying.

Raspberry citrus flavored? I don't know for sure because I never tried that one and you used a picture for ants. I think OP's Baja Blast choice gets a lot of hype because it started out as a Taco Bell only thing. I know I always tried it when it first came out at Taco Bell just because I knew it was either drinking it there or not at all at the time. It was also supposedly formulated to complement Taco Bell food by a bunch of food scientists, so that's neat.

Not only does the bottler in Mexico using corn syrup still keep the US imports 100% cane sugar but the entire Coca-Cola company itself has a policy of only importing Coca-Cola sweetened with cane sugar from Mexico to the US. They're extremely aware of the popularity it has as the cane sugar option for US hipsters who believe corn syrup is somehow bad. Not that it matters, but that's how things are.
