How many "singles" do you use per sandwich? I think 2 is the general standard.

Non "singles" users need not apply, these things have a specific consistency in which I am asking about, not regular cheeses.

Do you like the grilled cheese sandwich?

Do people really only eat the grilled cheese/toasted cheese/hot cheese sandwiche in the USA, UK, and AusA? Also, what do you put in yours if you make it extra? I think jalapenos work well

I cannot eat those Kraft singles cold anymore, they just don't mesh well with anything to me

That being said my usual go to lazy one is a simple grilled cheese with Kraft singles, dipped in ketchup, a handful of whatever chips are around....usually plain tortilla chips

Man, how is something so simple so good?

The American classic is also popular in the UK and Australia, but I wonder how some more exotic groups view this humble favorite food
