How do you guys make your ramen noodles? Ive never really eaten them in anyway other than normal and i want to see some suggestions

got any topping suggestions to improve my ramen? (note: i know eggs are popular but i don't like the taste)

Is ramen a meme?

It costs like $17 in my middle-class suburb for a bowl compared to $8 for a bowl of pho, and so far I've tried both tonkotsu and miso ramen at what seems like a relatively authentic place. I'm sure an actual ramen chef from japan would find a lot to complain about but my point is it's decent enough; they aren't literally selling non-ramen as ramen or whatever. But I would say neither tasted as good as pho to me.
