I was actually in a class taught by Adam ragusea back in college. He was weird as hell. He used to constantly make jokes about his penis and once instructed students in a 102 class to write a report on the intricacies of their genitals. This was in the second week and half of his students dropped the class after that. Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Salmin Nosrat is a good book to read about cooking. Every good cook I know has a copy. It is teeming with good advice.
