Actually, all the smaller gaming cons i've been to have been more people around my age (mid - late 20's) and it's been fine.

Holy crap! They're selling a gold crown at my accessory shop, but it costs 1,000,000 bells.

I can't even imagine spending that much on one item right now while i am still renovating

When you dye your hair (i'm assuming you use manic or special effects. or any dye you can put in a mixing bowl)

Put dye in mixing bowl, add conditioning to thick texture. Add a DROPLET of dark blue hair dye to counter act the orange. This has really worked for me so far.

Also, keep in mind washing your hair with cooler water will help keep the color in longer.

My honest opinion is that very few males can do successful crossplay. Obviously being an asian helps because of their softer features usually, but it's near impossible for a white or black guy to do a female.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable, don't do it. But if you wanna give it a shot, you should definitely look into make up tutorials to help you pull it off.

I had such an amazing time at that con. The highlight was definitely all the amazing people. Getting some free donuts from a Vash cosplayer. And seeing the Escaflowne movie on a huge screen with a bunch of other fans.
