Honestly even if they are a little stubby I wouldn't stress too much over it. Sometimes large Terezi horns look a little awkward with the point. It is just how they look with the rest of the cosplay. Also if you have a smaller head they might also be in the right proportion.

Try mendels.com. They have a really nice selection of white furs. If don't mind spending a nice bit of cash you might try National Fiber Technology as well. It is really expensive, but you will get very realistic fur that is 5-7 inch long in pile

Thank you very much! I will most likely do that. I always dye it right before I do shoots or a con, but the hairspray will probably help. (Also with Damara because her hair is up it is really hard to make the wig look good from the back because of the exposed neck.)

Yeah that is what I am afraid of. Honestly I think it is hilarious that I get called lazy for stuff like that even though I spend several days, sometimes weeks, on a cosplay. Then I put together my WV in like 2 days and everyone tells me that it is amazing. It is kind of ironic...
