Ahh I bet the contacts and fangs will be cute! And yeah making all the bandages and staples is a pain, you could probably get away with one layer of fleece for the bandages. Also try not to use hot glue for stuff in the future... it'll peel off, or even melt if it's hot outside. At least use fabric glue next time you're in a hurry!

Your calf area is too tight because your tapered your pattern down to the foot hole. You want keep your patter wide, and then use elastic on the cuff to draw it in. Don't feel bad though, everytime I touch uo my pattern I end up widening shit. Kigus are never too baggy haha. Also fleece tends to hide seams somewhat. Just add a panel of extra fabric at the crotch.

*with fun socks
sorry I just took meds and I'm very woozy.
Anyways I really do think you did well for your first one, and I'm sure you'll look cute with your sister as Annie!

The crotch is a bit high but that's alright! I do suggest shortening the legs/hemming them up more, they look awkward as is. Kigus pulled up a bit fun socks on can look cute! Did you do ears or a face?

Don't line it with fleece your face will roast. I always line with cotton, jersey could work too. Even yellow polka dots or stripes would be cute!

I'll never get used to other people posting my stuff in these threads... (but I appreciate it)
Also as always here to help answer any construction questions!

If you're super clueless try finding the blue owl for cheap and use it to make a pattern? As far things going wrong... well honestly fleece is very forgiving, it doesn't fray and if you have to redo a seam or something it probably won't show it. Also the loose fitting shape of kigus means you don't have to worry about it fitting poorly, unless you majorly mess up. Just look at some tutorials, I posted one earlier in this thread.
Oh and if you're doing wings that are attached to the arms and the body make sure you give yourself enough fabric that you can raise your arms up.
If you've got more specific questions ask'm.

Prolly make or commission one. It's a pretty easy looking design! We can give you construction pointers if you'd like.

yes that kind of idea! Try looking at mlp kigus maybe? also a light stuffing coukd be cute, but don't go overboard or it'll get droopy.

please post a ref, but you're probably going to want to make a nose shape that overhangs on the hood.
Toothless doesn't have a lot of difficult shapes, he's just got a lot of details and would be pretty time consuming, probably not a beginner project.
Also what was the kigu your friend commissioned?Just curious!

Here's a good basic tutorial!
I reccomend making your sleeves one piece though, just cut them on the fold. And I personally just make my hoods from two pieces, but that's a personal preference. Also line your hood.

As far as 3D parts be more specific. General tips would be to scale things down if you need to and make sure tails aren't too heavy because they'll drag and also pull the butt of your kigu down.
