Mixing in a moisturiser does help sheer out your foundation! I've done it a lot myself. Alternatively you could could try finding BB cream that matches your current shade, it might be a hassle but I appreciate any SPF I can get.

As for skin care, there's already a skincare thread here >>8922140 with a decent amount of info. Skim through a bit and find out what your exact skin type and concerns are. It'll help you with asking stuff and finding info.

I'm looking through my folders for tutorials now, but try softly lining/ shading the bottom outer corner of your eye. I hope that made sense? If its too soft you can increase the intensity.

Nikon D2x choice of Samyang 85mm, Nikkor 50mm, or Tokina 11-16mm (it really depends on what i plan on shot at that moment)

I started shooting back in 2012, and i normally do photography for KamiCon in Birmingham, AL. I absolutely love sharing creative ideas with cosplayers and seeing the progression that a lot of cosplayers go thru from year to year!

1. Don't be afraid to ask a cosplayer for a photo. A lot of cosplayers love getting their photo made and it also helps you to get your own work out to the public. if the cosplayer likes your work unedited, then they are more likely to mention you to their friends throughout the weekend.

2. as far as people paying for shoots... you can set up shoots before you get to the con, but don't count on it to be everything at the con. I usually offer up my services and if they like it, then i'll ask them to pay what they feel is fair for the session, and if not then they can have the photo for free, but if you provide amazing work then they'll 9/10 times give you money for the session! You have to keep in mind that people going to the cons plan on buying swag, and photos of themselves does not automatically make the list of things to buy at the con. So if you are confident in the product you provide and have the skills to back it up, then you'll most likely get lumped into con goers spending budget.

3. Scout your locations!!! I usually around with my 50mm to check out some locations and get settings for that specific location. This works great when you find amazing cosplays and want to see it against a certain back ground.

4. bring a friend to hold reflectors and help with your workflow. a great assistant can really help with your photos, seeing that they set cosplayers at ease when shooting.

Voldie I have a question.

Should we reply to the anon wanting the gift to let them know that we're buying it for them so that others don't send them repeat gifts?

Or how should we handle the repeat gifts issue?

You're both idiots.

Self-made wealthy men don't give two shits how busty or flat their women are. They make sure that their woman supports their entrepreneurial ideas. If the women who mainly support those ideas are flat, then you should be looking at the women, not the men.

She's probably worried that you think more of the sleeping together than just sex.

Or she's unsure of her feelings about it, and the two of you.

Either way, you need to decide how you feel about it and then talk to her to get things straightened out. There is a chance it's not related to either of the above two answers (as you gave us limited information).

Also, please take this question to /adv/ next time.

Sage for off topic

You know that it doesn't irritate me, right? If you haven't noticed, I never reply to them, I just ignore it.

>What grinds your gears on /cgl/?
Most of them have been covered; suggestion/help threads for specific people when there are already suggestion/help threads out there, catty drama, threads (not all, but some) that ask "What is your opinion on this?" with a quote from Facebook and Tumblr.

I guess that's it. This is a pretty great board overall.

>What went wrong?

You have a shitty friend. I don't understand why they couldn't bring along the other friend and all of you hang out and be best friends, but I guess that's just part of her being a shitty friend.

It hurts and is unfair for her to drop you just because they feel something better has come along without at least talking to you about it. At this point it's better to cut your losses and look for another, much better friend.

Sorry it took so long to respond.

If you're doing a driving test, you should definitely look over your shoulder. If you're just regularly driving, the mirrors effectively give you (with all of the mirrors you now have combined) all of the vision that you'll ever need. They'll cover your blindspot and also show you if there's a car driving up the next lane over.

This all being said, you COULD turn your head and look over your shoulder, but it strains your neck. I dislike it.

>> No.7704976 [View]

>>7704918
>how do you quickly and thoroughly look over your shoulder when switching lanes?
I don't, I have blindspot mirrors on my side mirrors that let me see whether there is a car in my way or if a car is going to cross to be in my way. They are REALLY really useful, I love em.

Sage for non-cgl related.

Perhaps there are some lolis in central Virginia, but they don't post. The point of the thread is to reach out to those lolitas so maybe it'd be a good idea to post in it.

Also, nice dubs/quints.

>Something about you
I enjoying playing vidya games and watching anime and meeting people. I also love traveling and plan to do so in the future. I am currently learning to sew and make armor for cosplay. Hopefully I'll have my first one done before Daishocon!
>What you're looking for
A friend that equally enjoys being social and traveling and has/(emits?) a lot of positive energy.
>What you're not looking for
Downers. I have enough of them in my life and it sucks hanging out with those people.
