Oh God I remember her manga "Losing Neverland".

She wanted to tell people that reading manga about cute shota boys getting sexually abused is bad... by writing a manga about a cute shots boy getting sexually abused (she gave the main character syphilis and made it look like a cute accessory).
She tried to defend herself by saying that she is portraying child prostitution in a negative light, not realising that misery porn is what gets her audience off.

I am excited. Made my cosplay this year by myself. Probably shit, but still fun. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Gonna drink a ton. Hosting my room party as always, ditching cross play this year because wearing a dress is too hard. I feel bad for Lolita peeps because makeup and wigs are suck.

Do not even DREAM about doing a Frankie cosplay, or anything swim wear related, or having male chest showing without your male nipples covered. SJP staff will bite your ear off every chance they get. SJP is the best con for me personally in Texas, but the staff are trying really hard to get me to stop renting a room, taking multiple people with me, and spending money there with how hard they scream about the rules. No convention staff has power tripped that hard since ikki two years ago.

I used so much and still got sick. I also bring extra tiny bottles for people and spray on DO for the ham beasts in the game room (the ones who actually know they smell and ask if they can use it).

So this year was great. I managed to not get sick until after the con! Last year I got a 102.5 degree fever on the second half of day 2. The year before I got a sinus infection and man moded through it, and this year I got another fever right after I got home, but it was not at the con! For some reason no matter what I get sick at AKON or after it every year.

So other than the above bull crap happening every year, this con was fun. It did seem smaller, I did make it to 1 panel I wanted, and the dealers room seemed better than last year. I did also get to meet some people from here. I was the one who had the room party in 425 at the garden inn across the street. It was really fun and the random gulls from here actually were all really cool people who I would party with normally.

Oh and the food trucks were pretty decent and a fun experience to have.
