It really caught me off-guard because there's never any lines at Ted Stevens. You can usually stroll up to check-in 20 minutes before your flight and still make it on time, and I came an hour and a half early.

Missed my fucking flight out by 5 minutes because there was a security line that went all the way down past the ticketing counters. However, my rebooked flight is 1 layover instead of 2 and I get to do all my layover time at my home airport, which has free wi-fi. And I'm only going to be three hours late, which means I'll still be in early Thursday evening.

I live in Alaska. The only way to make it to a con is to fly, or take a week to drive through Canada.

I was behind on Madoka and watched the finale for the first time at the public showing at Otakon last year. I rewatched 1-11 the night before in my hotel room.

I cried like a little bitch at the showing. In the same room as Gen Urobuchi himself, no less.
