it looks like you just part it by taking strands from each side and pulling it onto the opposite sided twintail.
If that makes sense.

Much like when you part your hair and move your bangs to the other side, it should create a zig-zag sort of thing.

The bonnet was a hat from Foxcherry, it looks a lot better in person

As for the shoes I am in the works of getting new ones, they are getting shipped at the moment to my house so I am sorry..the bag I am currently looking for a new one so any recommendations would be lovely!

And the socks, well...
