I hate the whole idea of srsbsns in-con photoshoots, it just seems silly to me.
If you want a nice photograph of your costume to remember your day at a con, then surely just equipt a friend with a dslr and the rest is history?
Otherwise if you're serious about cosplay, surely you should be planning shoots away from cons and in suitable locations for your character series, right?

Although, expecting any exclusively 'cosplay photographer' to be a seasoned professional is highly unlikely.
