I think I read somewhere that silk weavers of yesteryear would cut their nails like this specifically to aid in pushing the fibers into place as they made cloth....

could be talking out my ass tho, and just imagine op draggin their nails across your skin....no thanks...

> AN last year
> staying in the /cgl/ party room
> everyone in the room was pretty drunk.
> a friend of mine visited
> he is drinking straight vodka out of a plastic batman mug
> he is the drunkiest.
> later that night, everyone passed out
> he decides to start loudly singing rock songs
> british trip starts telling him to shut up
> my friend will not be silenced.
> brit is getting angrier, threatening my friend
>no end to the singing in sight
> I'm losing it, this shit is hilarious.

To any of the other seagulls who were in the room, my friend apologizes for the singing. he felt bad about disturbing your sleep.

for your consideration: Quistis. I know I'm breaking a big rule by not using a wig....but I don't believe I have the necessary wefting skills to do her hair.
open to suggestions for makeup.

>What's everyone's cosplay lineup for the weekend?
Quistis and Kelly from Misfits, if all goes just as planned.
>Panel plans?
Nope.
>Money woes?
YES. Trying to scrape together enough time off for a week long visit to Ontario, and scrape enough cash together for the plane ride down. If I was able to, I'd just drive. Fuck PEI.
>Hotel problems?
Hope not. Crashing with as-yet-unmet seagulls. I hope we all become bros.
>Has anyone heard of a single one of this year's special guests?
nope.
>Are you going to be at the con on Thursday as well as the weekend?
I'll try my damnedest....

can't speak for the other two, but I've used candylens a few times. they're fast, friendly, everything I've bought from them has been sealed and sterile. as well, they have a pretty good review system.
