Googling can net tons of videos with everyone's personal opinions but mine is:
1) Exfoliate (Scrubbing dead cells off)

3) Lip Liner which stops feathering and has a couple different options

>Darker shade, all over lips to darken lipstick color
>Clear, around the outside of edges (remember to blend it out otherwise it's still noticeable)
4) Lipstick
5) Blot excess off with tissue
8) Top Coat, which I either skip, use a gloss of any type, or use a fixative depending upon my mood.

Stargazer's green lipstick pigmentation is shit, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I need to remember where I put my case of lipstick to remember where I got them, but I found two different lipsticks that I plan on layering for Maryams.
Or if you don't mind making it yourself, you can use a Crayola crayon in your preferred shade of green + shea butter & castor oil

As far as where to get one, it depends on how much you want to spend 'for fun'. If you make it the most expensive part, Arda or Epic are really great quality and they both have multiple short styles that wouldn't be too much work to trim bangs into for ~$30.
Or if you'd prefer something cheaper, just google 'blonde bob wig' and just check the seller's feedback on eBay. If you're still not sure about them, feel free to post asking for help choosing a wig after you've picked a couple!

Honestly, you're going to need to make them.

The only pair of otks in the correct color that I've found always migrate to below my knee no matter how much glue/tape I use, and the tights I had custom printed aren't saturated enough for my liking.

Also upping saturation in post production also makes Trickster look better in photos from what I can see.

You could go through with the tutorial, or since you're wearing a morphsuit, just handsew it directly onto the feet while someone's wearing it.

I'm not sure about glue, but you can find the tape pretty much anywhere as it's popular.
I've seen it in major retail stores and in convenience stores like CVS/Walgreens consistently.

If it's heat resistant, take a flat iron on the lowest setting and work over the problem areas in small pieces, if you're not sure, test on a small piece that you can snip off if it isn't.
And if it isn't, run warmer (not boiling) water over the areas and smooth them out with your fingers.

Direct flash washes everything out and creates harsh contrast between light and shadow, which isn't flattering even with contouring.
So yeah, using it before hand would show you what it'll look like if your photographer doesn't know how to use light, either artificial or natural, well.
