western theme in general isn't popular thoughh in 2013

i can only name off a couple western themey vidya, being red dead redemption and borderlands (which is western sci-fi themed)

movies? django unchained, cowboys & aliens, true grit, rango, cristada.

comics? nothing really because i don't read comics.

there isn't a market for western themed stuff and hasn't really been such since.. a while. you'd see it maybe throughout the 30s-70s (the whole Cowboys and Indians deal) but in 2012 and 2013 you're only going to really see the typical action film / explosions / sci-fi
