Someone that idolizes Japanese culture while knowing little to nothing about it. often thinking Japan is the "land of anime" and that the obnoxious behavior often seen in anime will be accepted in their "glorious Nippon" they usually have a very distinct typing style, and websites like gaia, deviantart, and parts of tumblr are full of them.
