Here is how the netting was sewed on etc. (might want to hand-sew it. And sew it on good enough so that you can tug the netting without the floss/string snapping)
I tied my dog's collar around a marker to show how we tied the burlap on.

Sweet! My brother and I made these for Halloween when we were kids. I know other seagulls might have a better way of making these but this is how we made them.
Your materials:
>a camo jacket
>is volleyball net (or just super strong netting that you can sew onto your jacket and bear a lot of weight)
>super duper strong string (we used floss because I don't know it worked)
>a shit ton of burlap in your desired colors

Step 1: Sew your netting to the jacket. Make sure everything is level or not too stretched out while you sew that shit on because then it'll either become really small or too stretched out
>tie that burlap(in bundles)onto the netting
I'll make a diagram of this
Also keep in mind that depending on which jacket you use, you might get really fucking hot.
