so i'm a little nervous right now. i just got a second-hand dress from the seller, who described it to me as "worn, but no flaws". i open it up to find that the waist ties are missing.
i already messaged her asking if she just forgot or not, and that if she doesn't have them, that i get a partial refund. what if she refuses to refund me? is there a way to get paypal to give me a partial refund? i wouldn't want a full refund since i still want the dress, but i'm not sure if PP issues partials. this hasn't ever happened to me before ):

What if cosplay and egl had their own boards?
as much as I am interested in cosplay and lolita/jfashion the crossover on /cgl/ can be irritating and i think that they could easily function as their own boards, there are seperate boards that are more similar thematicly than cosplay and lolita. Why are we lumped together?
