Is possible to make a great CMV just using your smartphone's camera?

>> No.9944513

I don't know what a CMV is but it sounds pretty off topic

UGGG just don't, those all look horrible and have super uninspired movement. It's like babys first time using a video camera.

Great.
CMV.
Smartphone.

Pick one. If you pick smartphone it'll look like 98% of the shitty CMVs out there.

Go ahead to contact the CMV creators who get hundreds of thousands of views creating great videos asking them what phone they use to make the great videos. They'll have a great laugh.

but unsane was recorded on an iphone.

it's about creativity , not the tool
so go ahead and experiment

Yes, you can, but you also need editing know how. The current phones all have relatively-passable HD quality, except it's compressed h.264, but the resolution will suffer if you enlarge the video beyond its pixel size too much. Depending on the source, you may be safer at 1080 vs. 1920

>Cosplay music video
You mean those maximum cringe videos that people make and dump on YouTube so they can monetize other people's work
Why would anyone care about those?

>> No.9944951

>>9944933
Idk man, ask OP. I think they're all pretty samey and 90% just do slow motion pans up and down while the cosplayers spin around to [insert current Top 40 Hit here].

>> No.9944989

>>9944511
you dont need an expensive camera to create a cmv. especially since the majority of CMVs are just a simple pan and slow motion shot(which you shouldnt do because its fucking over done).

most of that shit you see on youtube can be done with any camera. pretty much what >>9944740
said really.

>>9944933
>so they can monetize other people's work
i get what youre saying but sometimes cosplayers want to be in these videos to get some exposure to their work. though i noticed that the majority of the time, the videos dont even credit the cosplayer.
