That's not a skirt, it's a JSK. And if you look it up on lolibrary you'll see it does have corset lacing in the back so it's entirely possible she laced it too tight, or judging by how the bust sits on her torso, it might be a bit too small for her.

I don't mind shorter hair with Lolita, but I think the short pink hair would suit a punkier style better - for this the blunt bangs with the hime tips at either side are appropriate, but the rest of the hair needs pig-tails or similar. I don't think pastel pink would work for the long & straight old-school hair, but for either pig-tails or ringlets it might look cute. Really pretty as atmospheric Gothic-in-the-forest pictures, but not the clearest for actually showing us what she's wearing. Left pic is a bit clearer on the details, but the VERY dappled through-trees lighting is unfortunately making it quite difficult to see the details clearly - not the best choice for CoF, in terms of photography. However, from what can be seen, the coord looks really pretty, and the mini-apron looks cute rather than out-of-place. I love the really chunky Goth shoes with this, it offsets the delicate pleats and lace on the cap sleeves really nicely.

The petticoat peeking out from under that dress makes the whole thing look REALLY cheap with its raschel lace. The dress itself looks quite flimsy, and she has a bit of a 'went out in my nightdress' vibe because the fabric, cut and boob lacing make me think more of a cute nightdress than a Lolita dress.
