So apparently the chair of Havencon in Austin (LGBT con) stepped down and it's going to be run by new people next year? Anyone hear more about this?

It was very well-known to those who were close to Shane that he was living off Havencon like a piggy bank. He was frequently putting up GFMs so he didn't have to work. He would squeeze people out of their money to keep up his jobless lifestyle. People are buying into his story like he's the victim. He wasn't pushed out because of a straight woman. He was pushed out for being a terrible person with money which the IRS never caught on until someone finally did. Shane was full of lies. He used the LGBT community.

Good riddance to bad trash.

conventions are hard work, conventions catering to the LGBT community are very hard work because you have to deal with the prejudices that most other deal with daily 10 fold
if you'd rather your money go to supporting trump or any of the other right wing nut jobs out there, then you definitely have some unaddressed issues and shouldn't even be speaking up on this subject
