Made my first bodysuit, discovered short fur is hard to work with. The most obvious issue is fabric bunching up in the crotch but I'm not quite sure the best way to adjust that. Is anything else about this super jarring? I have limited time to make fixes before a con but I want to do what I can.

What I like to do is use big binder clips to clip the folds, check if you can still move properly, then take off the suit and mark the seams of the clip on the inside, you can then take it in a bit right there by inverting the seam and sewing it up.
Looks like a great first bodysuit by the way! I wouldn't be all too worried about the folds, it looks great on the pictures.

Only thing that sticks out to me is the digitigrade padding looks a bit thin where the top half and bottom half connect, not that kind of thing that can usually be fixed without major re-working unfortunately. Don't see the fabric bunching up in the crotch in the image so that's good, better to have it loose than rip after prolonged strain.

That's a good idea, I was using slightly smaller wonderclips and had trouble testing the fit with them because they weren't strong enough. I'll pick up some binder clips. And thank you, it was way more work than I was expecting and I'm still a bit nervous about how it looks.

There is actually a thick black stripe at the knee but I don't think I stuff the padding down quite far enough. The picture isn't exactly straight on, but I'll consider adding a separate little pillow there to push the stripe out a bit more and maybe that will fix it for now. You can see it better in this picture without me wearing it.

Following up on the okapi body with a head wip. Slightly worried about how poofy she might get but suppose I won't know until I fur and shave. The eyes and bows are just placed for testing atm...

The base and eyes are from Sethaa, though I really want to practice making my own heat formed eyes in the near future. Easier to buy this as a beginner. Hopefully next time I post she'll be done.

She also got called out about calling it alebreje when it's really just an uncoordinated mess. It would be so much better if she were hand sewing the designs she wants to mimic but I guess patterned fur is her easy way out.

This is terrible, but I kind of love it. Reminds me of early 2000s fursonas that were just brightly colored with different patterns and everything.

I had a couple abomination heads maybe 10 years ago when I was young but that's it.
