I've been thinking of doing my own channel but I have no idea how to go about doing it. It looks like you need a good eye for editing, and in OOTD cases, a good eye for filler shots? I don't really want to make anything groundbreaking or original, just want something equivalent to a blog of sorts. But blogging seems easier as I know how to write and take photos.

I decided to watch that video because this description sounded really bad, but it didn't read that way to me? I liked how she presented both sides of the argument of supporting and not supporting the store, with supporting being showing there is an active consumer base in America for lolita brand shops and not supporting being the obvious, that John is pretty much scum. Lor mentioned in several videos that the YT algorithm has demonetized all of her videos with the word "lolita" in the title, so now she makes even less and has to deal with the algorithm that's becoming shittier by the hour. Anon you replied to! I don't mind her taking a neutral stance over things, because let's be honest, drama is the worst to get yourself involved with. I know I'd find it hard to be neutral in something like that, but she basically told her viewers to make their own opinions on it, which is a pretty diplomatic thing to do. I'm disgusted by john leigh as much as anyone else. I'd never buy anything from his store or even set foot in there. But there's awful business practises everywhere. Buying fair trade isnt always fair, making your own clothes doesn't necessarily solve it (fabric is still made in factories), even donating to oxfam is still supporting fascist african regimes. I know I've gone a bit off topic here, but there's bad people everywhere that we buy products from every day. In my eyes, it's not awful of her to say, 'make your own decision.'

If you don't like Lor, Princess Fancypants is cool. She's got a similar style to Lor - toned down sweet - and her hair is soooo pretty. She's not quite as upbeat, which is what I like about Lor though.

It’s not like she’s fulfilling the role of an impartial lolita newscaster because if so she’d focus on different subjects than petty drama. My issue with "cakes & couture" is lor couldve helped more. She has been to a thousand of these events. Obvs b-chan spent all the money on fellowshipping with guest and her angelic pretty trip. I still hate the amount of hentai she publicly likes on Twitter. Once she complained saying people shouldn't go through her likes, but knowing how young her fanbase is she should just cut it out.
Alongside this, I sometimes find hentai she's liked show up on my twitter feed, so it's not like everyone has to go through her likes specifically.

Also she has "hentai queen" written in her bio. I've started to really dislike Lor this past year for all of these reasons and also the one I've just said.
