It's a real shame that Meiko doesn't get more casual designs that actually fit with her general image. From Diva the Scarlet outfit is fairly simple but fits her well, and the Marine Ribbon and Graduate outfits don't fit her image quite as much but are still cute and comfortable

I simply googled "Meiko All Modules" and went on a few wikis! Most of them have the modules split up by game, aka Project Diva F, F2nd, Project Diva X and Project Diva Future Tone. Then theres Project Mirai which has a different style, but the modules there are "canon" and most of them got lifted over to Future Tone.

The expo in LA and NYC in 2014 I think it was had some stuff other than the concert. There was this art show downtown in new york with some miku history exhibits and a 1:1 scale statue. Doesn't seem to be the case for this tour though.

Yes, if there’s no restrictions people are going to wear whatever they want. I went to a Final Fantasy concert at Carnegie Hall two days ago and there were a couple people in cosplay, a bunch of people dressed to the nines and some just wearing hoodies.
