Plan on making one for y’all but here are some protips for lolita specifically.
Solids are more diverse than prints, JSKs can mix and match more than OPs. Matching lace colors help a lot. Make sure everything goes with a few pairs of shoes. For a “realistic” capsule consider options for all weather, and multi use items (2way clips, clip on brooches for hats, detachable sleeves, etc). For that extra extra mile, show the same hair type done different ways and a few makeup items in different styles.

It depends on how strict your capsule is.

If you insist anything added must match all three dresses, then it’s just white blouses, white legwear, gold/white shoes and gold/white bags.

If you’re adventurous and feel like pushing odd colour combos, pink goes well with all three, but it’s kinda shoehorny so you’ll have to balance the outfits. You can add matched pink set — cardigan or bolero, shoes, bag and some small hair bow. The red dress would probably be fine if you coorded it in all pink from head to toe. The black dress and the blue dress would still need white legwear and maybe a white blouse or dickey showing from under the cardi/bolero.

If you’re willing to drop requirements even further, you can find stuff that fits two dresses, like black works well with red, so adding black shoes, black bag and some black headwear will work with the black dress and the red dress (red dress most likely still needs white legwear and blouse).

The blue dress and pockets embroidery share curly metalic things, so you could splash out on heavy metal jewellery for both, but it wouldn’t work so well for Magical Etoile.

So…. pretty much a lot of directions to go in. I guess if you really pushed for “everything must match everything” you could probably still do a wardrobe with like 5 different white blouses with different types of sleeves and collars and still get a lot of different looks.

Okay! So this was too big to put in one collage. I tried to get enough main pieces for two weeks of work, just to show how you might do this :)

For reference, I wear this style to work (in fact a several of these pieces are literally in my wardrobe). I work at a stuffy bank and have never had issues. In fact, I'm usually told I look very professional. Just be smart and aware of your surroundings, like with any other style.

First up, I worked with black, bordeaux and navy as main colors, with grey and mustard for accents and cream as a neutral.

I keep all my main pieces at least 45cm long for work, many of these are 50-55+ cm. Make sure you have a good mix of colors with several in your main pieces.

The biggest issue I've had is finding work appropriate tops. Stick with very subtle brand tops or normie tops with a retro vibe. Same goes with shoes.

All of these blazers are brand, although you can easily find normie blazers that work as well. I actually prefer second hand designer as they tend to be better quality and can be very cute. Keep brand coats short to avoid floppy bottoms not supported by a petti.

Hair accessories are pretty easy, really. Stick with small barrettes or hats. Pearls are a nice accent and can go with anything really.

Get tights in every color imaginable. Try to get some print tights and textured tights to mix things up as well.

I would recommend getting one nice leather purse that goes with everything. Kate Spade might be a nice match, depending on the style.

It's really very nice wearing Jfashion to work if you keep it smart and sensible. Good luck!

Ok Here is my second try. I added a few more supporting pieces(and took others out), a few more puppet circus pieces and tried to organize the items a little bit more and i am much happier with the result. There are a few items I wouldn't include. I'm not sure what you would want to wear the toeless shoes (they look like slippers?) or the creepers with. The bunny purse is also a little odd...

Overall, the styles are a little all over the place and I'm not sure there's enough support for each piece to wear it more than one or two ways. It's not a bad set of items but I wouldn't exactly all it a "capsule wardrobe." Honestly, this looks more like what you would wind up with if you just bought things you like in a certain color scheme as they came up.

More blouses and main pieces would help, as well as having a better style focus. Try making outfits with the items when you look at them. Can they be worn 3, 4 or 5 different ways? Do all those ways make sense and make a unique outfit worth having?

I thougt you can wear the AatP JSK with all of the tops. The Moitie JSK with the bolero, blue top or white blouse. The skirt could be worn with any of the tops too. The ouji coord I'm not a fan of desu but I wanted to include one for versatility/different occassions, I included a cutsew dress and slippers (to wear at home) for the same reason.
I think the 1st and 5th coords are my favorites. It would probably look more coherent if I'd used more Moitie but I got bored of that quickly.
Why can't you wear the white shoes with anything?

Okay! so more spefically you need to consider cuts and styles in addition to just colors. for example, the neckline of the blue cutsew won't look right with either JSK, especially the AatP one. The AatP JSK also won't look right with the black blouse with the white tie (both because of the cut and the styles clashing).

another example would be your bolero. it's your only piece of outerwear, but short sleeved and won't fit under both of your white blouses or your OP. style wise, the bolero doesn't look quite right with the black and white top. this would really limit outfits with your skirt, which has to be worn with a top under whatever outwear you may have. you simply wouldn't be able to wear outerwear with your OP all together.

the creepers are far too casual for the elegant gothic pieces that make up much of your wardrobe (as well as the bunny purse). it would look like wearing sneakers with a ball gown... and not in a cute way.

All of this isn't to say that your taste is ugly or that you can't make nice outfits out of it! just that there is room for improvement.

I gave it a really hime-ish vibe because the Pocket Embroidery asks for that feel, and the other dresses will look pretty nice anyways and hime is love.

The only time I see them work in classic is the violin bags or the book bags. Honestly I think the star purse could work but it’s a little /too/ cartoony. Maybe something a little more toned down?

i think the star works with this angel wardrobe! i would never put it with anything more classic than this collage but in this case i think its an exception to a general lolita rule because the all white wardrobe is very simple, sort of generic and not full classic lolita. id call it shiro lolita with a slightly sweet influence? and its definitely true to the "angel" theme and so is the bag in my opinion!
