Unless you're super morbidly obese, I would bet money that you could get into shape quicker than building an OTT cosplay that conceals your fat inside of a large character.

You can easily lose 1.5kg a week through simple diet and exercise.

Literally no reason to do it lower than that, short of a lack of willpower.

1,000kcal deficit per day is a weekly loss of 1Kg.

Simply eat your BMR, and work your arse off.
I started with cardio, shifted to weightlifting - much easier to expend more energy and more fun.

Dropped 30kg in 5 months, no drugs, no surgery.

Losing weight slower does not fix loose skin - unless you're blasting HGH to force your body to produce collagen.
Even then, it's not going to be a big difference.

Tl;dr:
If your skin is stretched, it's always gonna be stretched - losing weight slower will not change that.

Ok how much calories do you consumed compared to the amount of calories that you expend?
I mean calories that also come from oils that you use to cook your food, sauces that you put on your food, calories from drinks and such? Amerifat's are fucking oblivious to the amount of calories that they consume a day. Iirc that unicorn starbucks frappe was like 600-700 kcal which is like 1/2 to 1/3 of half of the fatties tdee if they want to lose weight here.
