I recently managed to get a DD of mine, St. Mephisto Cathedrale OP in Black.
Truly love this print, it's one of my favorites!

I only have 4 DDs left, the rest is just wishlist stuff (lots of it though, and still a lot of dresses as well).

Lol, no that doesn't make someone a scalper when 300 dollars is the current going price for this piece.
Supply and demand, rare or popular pieces often go for more than retail price.
And sometimes someone manages to find a bargain and sells it for a profit.
That's smart, actually and there are no rules that say you can't do that.
Not to mention someone can ask ask much as they want, wether it sells is a different story though.

Not ita but I have a dire need. I've been scouring the mercari and fril for months and the one week that I go out of the country I miss out! And in my size!! Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I just got mine yesterday. There were production issues that delayed the shipping a month, so they're in transit now. They had to change the material because the dress would snag on everything and leave white lines, so they took them all back and remade them.

Since they're going out now some may come up soon for sale!

I would suggest trying for it secondhand. I was really pleased by the quality. The material does wrinkle a bit but the print quality is phenomenal and it's thicker and silkier than expected. Even the ribbons are very high quality; I was afraid they'd be shitty satin but all around it's a solid dress.

A nice gull actually sold this beauty to me and it arrived today! <3 I'm so happy, it's such wonderful dress and I'm happy it even arrived in time for halloween.

I checked the website earlier and that's where I saw the sizing, I rarely check their site so idk if the M and L sizing for the women's roland is new. I fit the measurements for the M (my bust is 1cm below what's listed), however when I tried it on in person a year ago it was fairly tight and uncomfortable, hence my concern for accuracy. The bust on the L size is a lot larger so I'm worried that if I get that size it'll look incredibly baggy, even if I layer underneath. The L for the woman's roland has the same bust as the men's roland but all the other measurements are the same as the M sized woman's roland.

The M is the regular women's size while the L size is a newer release then. I'd read on one of the blogs that the new L women's size is all over a bit larger than the women's regular size, but that was via Google translate. I have a mens size Roland as I'm a bit too close for liking to the max for the waist on the women's size, and while it's a little baggy, it isn't massively huge. I think different sellers (especially on Japan-oriented platforms) often price SC lower because the older releases often have a feeling of wear. It just depends how the seller estimates the value of an old dress.

Older dresses are really a gamble, I've gotten an expensive dress so worn I'm afraid of wearing it out even after it's been repaired, and then a 2002 dress for cheap in perfect condition. You either take the risk or not.
