Hey /gulls/ what design motifs make a dress, skirt, or accessory an instant by for you. I personally like dress that incorporate paintings in there designs,blue ocean themes and spacy themes

If it relates to a ballet, chances are that I really, really want it. Pas de Deux in the Blue Moon, Red Shoes Only For Me, and True Rose Story are all dream prints for me. (True Rose Story especially, it's gorgeous.)

My other huge weakness is cakes. The majority of my dresses have cake motifs, even my solid prints. (My white Candy Ribbon JSK reminds me of whipped cream, which is why I fell in love with it.)

There are two themes that I will instantly love. I prefer them to be styled in a cute/sweet way but I love these two motifs so much that I often consider non-sweet releases and have bought gothic dresses with these motifs before

My cat wardrobe is slowly expanding. In a few months I've already bought Dolly Cat, Romantic Cat and Princess Cat. Whimsical Vanilla-Chan and CTP are on my wishlist.
Though, there are many cat prints I don't like, especially Taobao.

Nothing is an instant buy for me, because the whole package matters. I've passed on plenty of releases that had motifs I loved because they had other elements that ruined it for me.

If something has one or more of the above and no significant dealbreakers, I'll probably throw my money at it.

Dresses like this that have long sleeves and a sheer/lace panel connecting the high collar to the bodice. Bonus if the sleeves are also sheer/lace. It's my fucking weakness, I have so many dresses on my wishlist that have this detail.
I also really love dresses with contrasting peter pan colors. Not even just for lolita, for normie dresses and even tops too.

Things that make it hard to say no
>texture (like jacquard or flocking. important because I like wearing dark solids)
>full sized hats
>corset boning and high waists on skirts
>black or gray
>bishop sleeves
>longer length cuts
>in general, designs that hold up without relying on a print

I love bunny, squirrel, cat and bear prints, tartan and everything military inspired. I need to get the taobao military cats dress.
