If this isn't photoshop she has a massive bone-structure, you can tell in the width of her knee joints. I'm really tempted to say she could be experiencing weight retention due to a hormonal imbalance, or a bad reaction to birth-control medication, polycystic ovary syndrome combining with hypothyroidism, or a combination.

- keep matching red hair/lip, suits skintone
- invest in more defined piercing that less resembles nose-dribble
- style hair in chin legnth fluffy but face-framing bob with light bangs
