OH BOY I have a bad relationship with jelly shoes. I was about 2 years old, wearing jelly shoes, and had just finished having a tea party with my toys and a china Minnie Mouse in my grandparents' garden. It's time to pack up and get back in the house, so I pick up Minnie and try to run back. My jelly shoes decided that sticking to the garden steps was a great idea, so I tripped, taking Minnie with me. There's now broken china in both my wrists and my grandparents are panicking. I get taken to the hospital and my grandparents are frantically on the phone with my parents because they need to sign my consent forms for surgery. Now, the reason I was with my grandparents is because my mother was heavily pregnant and due in a week. So I'm being rushed through the hospital with my grandparents and parents in tow, and my mother's in a wheelchair. I end up with casts on both my wrists, a traumatised grandmother and permanent scars.

The moral of the story is don't wear jelly shoes (and don't let toddlers play with china)

Okay so I actually have some sauce on this pic, honestly after sakura con I was going to try to look for this pic since I was taking cosplay photos for my friend nearby them at the con and this guy with an actually pretty decent camera and lights setup was taking a picture of this chick and another one at the same time. I think she's sitting on a lens/ equipment box but yeah none of this makes any sense. I know I was quietly complaining about the jelly shoes when I looked over and my friend was asking me why those were not okay with Lolita, but it's not just that it's just the combo with the black tights, unstyled hair and weird lipstick choice. Very all-around ita and I honestly couldn't believe they were taking so many photos of it unless she was paying the guy or something.
