This is nice and casual, but I kinda wish there was one row of ruffle to cover her knees. I don't dislike knees, but I feel like with bare legs and ankle socks, a slightly longer visible hem would make it look more balanced. (btw, you do have nice legs, I'm not criticizing your bodyparts)

Good "my first Lolita" coord; sure it's not perfect but you can tell she's trying. My complaints are shorter then then compliments; Those buttons stick out too much; replace them with something that matches the color of the blouse (so you can use the blouse with a lot of coords). Seriously consider buying or making wrist cuffs (they are a good beginner lolita project). Add one or two pearl necklaces to make that chocker less "trendy" and more rococo-era (the time period of the dresses on the bunnies in your skirt's print). Lastly, add some kind of gold or white hair clip next to your flower clip to make your head look more accessorized.

Looks like both.
When you are tall and take a photo of someone shorter than you it looks off. Sometimes it's flattering (Myspace angle) but it doesn't work for all clothing or body types.

Proportion isn't good for that dress. Bust is too big. She needs a minimizer bra if she isn't already wearing one. Also it sitting right under her boobs isn't a good look for that dress cut and her size. Makes you look bigger than you are. Also the glasses need to go.

A nice touch might be one little confetti gold star next to her eye like a star shaped mole.
